Silver level MATS includes

latest releases of MI Pro during the MATS period, 800 number MapInfo Technical
Support for up to 25 incidents per year, 10% discount on instructor led training
and a 25% discount towards MapInfo's MapWorld conference
registration.
Gold level MATS
includes access to the MapInfo on-line knowledge base, automatic shipment of all
the latest releases of MI Pro during the MATS period, unlimited priority
response support with an exclusive phone number that places the caller at the
top of the support queue for MapInfo Technical Support, 20% discount on
instructor led training, 50% discount towards MapInfo's MapWorld conference
registration and remote desktop support that provides the ability to connect to
your system via the WEB and share your desktop for quicker problem
diagnosis.
